A scanner-first warehouse that replaces Skustack.
Bin-level control from the dock to the outbound trailer. Every receive, putaway, pick, pack, and ship is a scan, and every scan is backed by the same inventory ledger the rest of the platform reads. No separate WMS database to reconcile.
Built for the people on the floor
Fast scans, hard blocks on mistakes, and a workflow that assumes gloves, noise, and spotty WiFi.
Bin-level receiving
Scan the PO, scan the item, scan the bin. Partial receipts, multiple sessions per PO, and damaged units routed straight to a quarantine bin. Case packs receive a whole case from one scan via the quantity multiplier.
Directed putaway
Staging-to-putaway suggests a home bin by velocity and capacity, then scan-confirms the move. Nothing counts as on-hand until it is physically in a bin and confirmed.
Pick, pack, ship
Pick tasks route by bin order for single orders or batches. Packing scan-verifies every unit before a label is bought, so a wrong item never leaves the building.
Cycle counting
Blind counts by bin or by SKU on a rolling schedule. Variances post as ledger movements behind an approval, so the count trail is auditable rather than a silent overwrite.
Hard SKU and quantity blocks
Scan the wrong SKU or overpack a line and the device stops you before anything commits. The floor cannot ship a mismatch, and supervisors are not chasing errors after the fact.
Label printing
Bin and product labels print as ZPL to Zebra printers or as PDF for laser printers. Your existing bin label codes carry over, so nothing needs reprinting on day one.
One outbound flow, start to finish
Allocate
Orders reserve stock against real available quantity, so a picker is never sent after a unit that is already promised.
Pick
Tasks route by bin sequence. Scan the bin, scan the unit, and the quantity ticks down on the device.
Pack
Scan every item into the box. A wrong SKU or extra unit is blocked before a shipping label is purchased.
Ship
Rate shopping picks the carrier by your rules, the label prints, and tracking pushes back to the channel.
Runs on the hardware you already own
The scanner app runs in any modern browser on rugged Android devices and works with Bluetooth wedge scanners paired to a phone or tablet. No native app store install, no per-device license to chase.
- Android scanners and Bluetooth wedge readers
- PIN re-lock so shared devices stay accountable to a user
- Idempotency keys on every scan, receive, pick, pack, and ship endpoint
- A replayed scan returns the original effect, so a double-scan is a no-op
When a scan times out and the picker taps again, the device retries with the same idempotency key. The server recognizes the key and returns the result of the first call instead of moving stock twice. No phantom picks, no double receipts.
Large tap targets, high-contrast state changes, and audible confirmations keep the flow moving without squinting at a tiny form.
